RBC Gateway is one of a few office skyscrapers to be built in the Twin Cities this century. When completed, the building will be 37 stories tall and connect to the skyway system via the Central Library. The project brings 1.2 million SF of new construction to the Minneapolis skyline and includes a street-level restaurant, approximately 531,000 SF of office, 222 Four Seasons hotel rooms, 34 private residential condos, and 17,000 SF of plaza and green space. Future office tenants include the U.S. headquarters of RBC Wealth Management, seven of the Pohlad Companies, and JLL Minneapolis.

The site was once the location of the historically famous Nicollet Hotel which, had a century run of being one of Minneapolis’ most regal and grand hotels hosting luminaries like Dwight Eisenhower, Harry Truman, Judy Garland, Glenn Mill and JFK.
